Have your Daily Champ account ready
Create an account or sign in with your email. Daily Champ uses a sign-in link, so there's no password to share with ChatGPT.
Install and authorize Daily Champ
When Daily Champ is available in your ChatGPT Plugins, select Install Daily Champ, then Continue to Daily Champ. Review the connection and choose Connect.
Start a conversation
Open a new Work chat, select Daily Champ with @, and ask “What is on today?” Continue with tasks, timers and repeats in the same conversation.
The demo shows a personal plugin installation. Availability and menus depend on your ChatGPT account. If you don't see Daily Champ, contact support for installation help. For other MCP assistants, use the integration guide.
A few things to know.
What does the connection allow?
ChatGPT can read and change work available to your Daily Champ account through its agent tools, including creating, scheduling, completing and deleting tasks. Review the authorization before connecting.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes. Open Daily Champ Settings and revoke the connection under Agents. This does not delete your tasks.
Do I need Daily Champ Pro?
Free includes unlimited agent connections. Your Daily Champ plan's area and history limits still apply. ChatGPT availability and usage limits are separate. Compare Daily Champ plans.
Is this the built-in coach?
This connection lets you work with Daily Champ from ChatGPT. The built-in coach is a separate feature inside Daily Champ.
