Daily Champ is run by Deliverists.io sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, KRS 0001025168, NIP 7812048495, with its seat at ul. Polska 15, 60-595 Poznań. Contact: gs@deliverists.io.

Daily Champ is a task tracker. The free plan is complete and stays free. Pro adds a higher coach ceiling, all-time stats and calendar, unlimited cards and workspace invitations, as listed on the plan page.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We aim to keep it up but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Pro costs €39 a year, VAT included where it applies, paid through Stripe. It renews every year on the day you bought it unless you cancel first.

Cancel any time from the plan page or by email. Pro then runs to the end of the year you have paid for and is not renewed. We do not refund part of a year already started, except under the right of withdrawal below.

If a renewal payment fails, Pro pauses until it goes through. Nothing you made is hidden or deleted; the free ceilings apply meanwhile.

If you buy Pro as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of the purchase by emailing us. By upgrading you ask us to start Pro at once, so on withdrawal we refund the price less the part of the year already used.

You keep full ownership of everything you put into Daily Champ. Don't use the service for anything unlawful, don't attempt to break or overload it, and be excellent to each other. Agents you connect act as you; what they do is on you.

We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or in the app before a change that affects a paid plan takes effect; continued use after that is acceptance. Polish law applies.
